About Us

How We Got Here

Founded in Waukesha Wi in 2019, we believe in living a life full of joy, gratitude, and free of judgement. These feelings inform and guide our core teachings and practices at The Meditation Garden, as we focus on helping clients better connect to themselves and their surroundings. We offer a variety of services, classes, workshops, and more to help all of our clients achieve healthier bodies, minds, and spirit.

Classes We Offer

Group meditation

Meditation Class

Group meditation is based on the belief that mental and physical health are interrelated, and should be conditioned together. All of the classes at The Meditation Garden attempt to coordinate breathing and physical movement, improve focus and concentration, and help participants regain control of their body and mind.

Plus size yoga

We are so proud to offer our “plus size” ladies a yoga class that caters to their specific body types. 


-I love yoga, But it’s so hard to get into some of the positions with my specific body type, and I discovered that I wasn’t alone. I’m a size 14 and very curvy, and I’ve created a way to work around my curves so that I’m able to get into many poses, without feeling extremely uncomfortable and spoiling my yoga experience - Jeannie

Chakra yoga

This particular class helps build a strong core from which one can transition into new positions and exercises. This flow centers around control and precision, with a diversity of exercises and modifications to suit a wide range of levels from beginner to advanced. With this class, you will learn and practice the tools needed to lead a healthy and fit lifestyle, while also remaining mindful in every act you perform. Chakras are “spinning wheels” of energy that run along the spine, and each chakra contributes to a part of our subtle body. Yoga works to move energy in your body even when you are not focusing on it. But if you know you need to work on aligning your chakras, there are certain yoga poses to help you do so.

Childrens Yoga

This popular class is based on the belief that mental and physical health are interrelated, and should be conditioned beginning at a young age. Your child will learn how to create balance within their bodies , mind, and spirit. 

Martini & Meditate
